Do you ship outside of the United States?

Items purchased on Montana West World can be shipped anywhere in the world. We currently offer returns and exchanges on all U.S. orders only.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship during next 1-3 business days. A business day is Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Where is my order invoice?

If you order more than one items, it’s possible that your order will be split into different packages because we send from different warehouses. Under that circumstance, your order invoice will be in one of your packages.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Montana West World, we want every one of our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us by mail within 30 days for an exchange or refund in your original form of payment.

All merchandise must be salable and have the original tags and packaging. Returns on used items will NOT be processed.

Please follow the easy steps below: Submit your return to support@montanawestworld.com along with the invoice or order number.

Carefully repack your merchandise and include the form in the box.
Once we receive your package, our warehousewill inspect the item and then process return or exchange.
If the item is damaged or defective, please provide images of the whole item and detailed images of the damaged part.

FAQs

What can I return?

You can return or exchange any item that is in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective within 30 days of purchase. Final clearance items are not refundable or exchangeable.

What if I want a refund but I used a gift card?

We make all refunds in the original form of payment. So, if you used a Montana West World’s gift card to make your purchase, you will receive a new gift card.

Do you accept international returns?

Currently we do not accept refunds or exchanges outside of the US.
