Your must complete the return form found in our returns portal before mailing back your items Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item.

I actually like this tote which is why I’m giving this a better review but the customer service still sucked for my overall purchase.
Bought another tote for mother day with a matching clutch but when it arrived the clutch was the wrong color. I emailed them about it but never received response or an apology. They just sent a return label, that’s it. I specifically stated that I no longer need or want the clutch and had requested my money back which was ignored. They just sent the correct clutch late and have been ignoring my emails requesting a refund instead. The tote itself is nice but the overall customer service sucks. Be wary when ordering.
